Last February 27 we went out to explore one of the many hiking trails offered by the Community of Madrid.
This time through the Fuenfría Valley, in the municipality of Cercedilla, at an altitude of 1,214 meters.
We arrived at the town by train in the morning and walked along the “Ruta de los Miradores”, up to an altitude of approximately 1,670 meters.
We also walked part of the so-called “Senda Victory” to finish, along the so-called “Camino del Agua” to return to Cercedilla and, from there, back to Madrid.
The most incredible thing of all was the landscape that, in spite of the fog, showed an impressive wooded beauty, a totally unforgettable experience in nature!
