Last Saturday, 12th March, we went to visit one of the most interesting places in Madrid: the Geominero Museum.
Two things stand out about this place; the building where it is located, built at the beginning of the 20th century with a really spectacular architecture and worth seeing.
On the other hand, one of the country’s most important collections of plant and animal fossils, from the Cambrian period to the Quaternary, as well as minerals and rocks, including meteorites.
A truly didactic and impressive visit.
And, afterwards… we spent a pleasant time chatting and drinking coffee in a place near the museum.
