Photo 1: Arriving to Toledo! After our 30 minutes ride by train we made it to Toledo. We were so happy and amazed to see all the wonderful historic places this town has to offer. In this picture we were about to cross El Puente de Alcántara over the Tajo river and near Castillo de San Servando. We loved the river and beautiful scenery.

Photo 2: We got hungry after some walking , and we found a great place to eat. We had some local and yummy food. We first wanted to go to “El trébol” which is known for having great food specialties but the line was about one hour wait, so we chose to go somewhere else and didn’t regret it.

Photo 3: We visited La Catedral Primada de Toledo, it was indiscutible full of historic and artistic value. With a gothic style and a French influence, hosts relics and new church acquisitions as well as majestic monuments and art ( there is a museum inside). We were all impressed with this cathedral because we were not expecting to see all the amazing things it has although we were wondering why would they charge a fee to visit it, and after our visit we were not surprised. It is definitely a must to go visit when you are in Toledo.

Photo 4: We enjoyed so much this trip and all the beautiful places we went to; Museo del Greco, Puerta de Bisagra, Mezquita del Cristo de la Luz, etc., that we were hoping to come back again!
